How it works
Getting started takes 5 minutes
You don’t need technical knowledge. Just an email address.
Below we show, step by step, what setting up Sejf Życia looks like. No jargon, no complicated settings. You simply get going.
Create an account
You register with an email address. The whole thing takes less than a minute - no unnecessary forms, no phone, no waiting.
You enter your private safe. Right away you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) - we recommend it as the first step after registration.
Create your key
You generate a unique private key directly on your device. The key never reaches the server - only you can open your files.
Add your first document
You drag a file or upload a scan. Before the document leaves your device it is encrypted with your key. It reaches the server only as an unreadable string of data.
You’ve got it!
Your first document is secure. You can add more whenever you like - policies, contracts, deeds, instructions for loved ones. There is no limit.
A few steps worth doing right away
The basics are ready. These steps are not mandatory - but they make Sejf Życia work as it should at a truly difficult moment.
Add your PESEL number
This is one step that changes a lot. Your PESEL lets Sejf Życia verify your status in the PESEL registry in difficult situations - e.g. when loved ones need access to instructions and you cannot help them.
Designate a Legacy Contact
Indicate a trusted person - a partner, an adult child, a close friend. The guardian will gain access to the information you specify exactly when they truly need it.
Fill your safe at your own pace
You don’t have to do everything at once. Add documents gradually - start with policies and title deeds, then add access details, instructions and letters for loved ones.
Peace of mind that it’s done
Every document in the safe is one less thing to worry about. Your loved ones will know what to look for and where - without chaos, without guesswork, at the moment it truly matters.
Ready? Start in 5 minutes.
Your first account, first key, first document. Everything that matters - in one secure place.
